Boutique’s Etiquette

When booking:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, as a boutique studio dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service, time is of the essence. 

To reserve your appointment, a credit card will be required at the time of your booking. Your card will only be charged if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling:

Should your plans change, appointments may be rescheduled 48 hours in advance with our compliments. Your card on file will not be charged and will simply secure your new reservation, provided the appointment is rebooked within seven days of the original service date.

Late arrivals:

We understand that unexpected delays can happen and we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your session may be shortened to ensure our next client receives the exceptional service everyone deserves. We appreciate your understanding and respect for everyone’s time. 

Cancellation:

To ensure the highest level of care for every guest, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur the full service charge to the card on file, and the appointment is no longer eligible for rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and your role in maintaining the flow and integrity of our experience.

Pet Policy:

To uphold the peaceful experience our guests come to enjoy, pets are not permitted in the treatment rooms or common areas. Thank you in advance for helping us preserve a serene and calming environment. 

Insurance:

Upon request, we are delighted to provide medical receipts to assist with your insurance reimbursement. Payment is collected at the end of your service.
